SEG Motol, a subsidiary of Saneg, has launched the production of an innovative line of RED -40°C antifreeze at the Fergana Refinery. The product is developed in accordance with modern standards and the needs of the automotive industry, providing high-level protection and long-lasting performance of the cooling system.
Antifreeze RED -40°C is produced using carboxylate technology, which forms a protective layer only in areas where corrosion occurs, preventing damage to the system. The use of demineralized water eliminates the formation of scale, which enhances the efficiency of the cooling system and extends its service life.
The product contains highly purified monoethylene glycol with a content of no less than 99.5%, ensuring reliability in low-temperature conditions. The manufacturing process utilizes an additive package from BASF (Germany), which provides improved performance characteristics and additional corrosion protection.
“SEG Motolcontinues to set high standards for the quality and reliability of its products, offering customers advanced solutions for the long-term protection of their vehicles. RED -40°C meets international quality standards, including ASTMD3306, BS 6580, and GOST 33591,” noted SEG Motol Director Bakhtier Asatullaev.
Currently, SEG Motol's production capacity allows for the manufacture of approximately 70–100 tons of antifreeze per month. In the near future, there are plans to increase production volumes to 200 tons.
